7:30P.M. Hotel uploads hotel "sleep in" manifest: a simple coma separated table (.CSV) easily exportable from most hotel guest management softwares such as Opera®.

7:30-11:00P.M. The Custom Global News team assembles and edits news for every guest. The system applies all the variables of the hotel to each guest and creates the hotels PDF newsletters.

12:00 A.M. The hotel downloads the PDF document that includes all room newsletters. Hotel prints newsletter.

Note: Newsletter. Custom Global News could provide the printing service as well.

5A.M.The newsletter is ready for delivery.

During the day All administrative changes to the newsletter template take place: Hotel manager and concièrges write personal notes and alter "What to do" suggestions and "Facts".
